Hydrospeeding is still a relatively young sport in Nepal. The only person offering
gear and advice is the Ganesh Hire shop in Pokhara. One thing for certain is that
with the vast number of rivers available this will soon change and hydrospeeding
may well even catch up with many of the other sports out here.
Prices for hydrospeed equipment are US$15 per day (bear in mind this may be subject
to change). If you're thinking of Nepal as a destination for this sport, my advice
is to e-mail Charley (uft@cnet.wlink.com.np) and I'm sure
he'll give you the low down on the best rivers and season.
I'll be doing extra research myself, so if you do have any information let me
know and I'll credit your details here on the page . . .
